HOW WE WORK
We are lenders and funding partners first and foremost, specialising in a range of lending products across the capital structure.
We lend from our own balance sheet, delivering a bespoke and flexible approach to property developers, investors and entrepreneurs, assisting the acceleration of the growth of their business and development projects.
We work closely with developers and borrowers to assess project viability allowing us to structure the most appropriate finance package and provide necessary capital. This way we can optimise the capital structure from both a cost and leverage perspective as well as offering support throughout the project lifecycle.
